The Commission will continue to explore interactions between Victoria Police and Nicola Gobbo between 2005 and 2009, with Inspector Dale Flynn continuing to provide evidence.

The Commission will then hear from Officer ‘Green’ (a pseudonym), Officer ‘Black’ (a pseudonym), former Victoria Police Officer Tony Biggin, Inspector Boris Buick and Commander Stuart Bateson.

Following Mr Bateson, the Commission expects to hear from a number of other current and former police officers including (not necessarily in this order): Detective Sergeant Paul Rowe, Superintendent Jason Kelly, Acting Inspector Mark Hatt, former Victoria Police Officers Geoff McLean and Ian Thomas, and Officers ‘Richards’ and ‘Evans’ (both pseudonyms).

Those wishing to attend the hearings in person should note that some parts of the proceedings may be closed to the public to protect the safety of certain witnesses and affected persons.

In addition, parts of the hearings suitable for public viewing may be streamed live through the Commission's website and images of those in the gallery could be captured.

Public hearings will take place at the Fair Work Commission, Court Room 1, Level 6, 11 Exhibition Street, Melbourne, unless otherwise indicated.  Current hearing hours are from 9.30 am to 1.15 pm and from 2.00 pm to 4.30 pm.
